We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak periods, this may be extended to 1-3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking number via email.

DUTIES & TAXES

Please note that international customs fees, tariffs, and duties are beyond our control. These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs regulations and import policies vary from country to country, so we are unable to provide specific estimates. These fees are not set or collected by our brand.

DELIVERY

Once your order has left our warehouse and been handed over to the postal carrier, we are no longer responsible for the shipment. This includes any delays, missing, lost, or stolen packages. For the most efficient assistance with delivery-related issues, we recommend contacting Australia Post or DHL directly.

CHANGES TO THIS SHIPPING POLICY

We may update this Returns Policy from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated policy on our website capiaghisummer.com. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

RETURNS POLICY

Returns can be made for an (REFUND / EXCHANGE / STORE CREDIT) provided the returned item meets the following criteria: 

  1. Your item is returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. The item is unworn or unused with all original packaging and tags attached. 

  3. You have correctly followed the returns process and included a printed copy of our Returns Slip in your returns parcel.

Return / Exchange Steps:  

1.   Check your item meets the Returns Criteria: 

  1. Item is returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Item is unworn, unwashed and not damaged in anyway. 

  3. Original packaging and tags are attached.  

2.   Package up the item that you wish to send back to us 

3.   Print and fill out the Returns Slip please email support@capiaghisummer.com 

4.  Once you have posted your order back send us an email support@capiaghisummer.com with your Order Number and return Tracking Number. 

Please note, if you do not follow these steps correctly, your return or exchange not being processed and your item will be returned back to you.  


FAULTY ITEM

If your item has arrived with a fault or damage, you must email us at support@capiaghisummer.com before beginning the returns process.

SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS 

  1. In the event that a product you have purchased fails to meet one or more Consumer Guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), we shall bear any cost of shipping the product back to us, as well as any cost of shipping any replacement product to you.

  2. If the Returned Product can easily be shipped or returned, then you are responsible for organising for the Returned Product to be returned to us. If the Returned Product is eligible for a repair, replacement or refund under the terms of this Policy (including under the ACL) then we will reimburse you for the reasonable postage, shipping or transportation costs for the Returned Product.

  3. In the event that we organise and pay for the inspection, postage, shipping, transportation or collection of a Returned Product, and it turns out not to be eligible for a repair, replacement or refund under the terms of our Returns Policy (including under the ACL), then you will be required to pay the costs of any inspection, postage, shipping, transportation or collection of the Returned Product.  

  4. All other shipping costs will be borne by the customer/purchaser.
